Heather Page has always had a love of good food - cooking and baking for her friends and family. When she began displaying signs and symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, she made changes to what she was eating and was able to heal her body and reverse the Chronic Fatigue through a traditional whole foods diet. She still wanted to eat some of her favorite dishes, so she began experimenting with healthy alternatives to give her loved foods a twist. Wanting to lean more about health and how food were linked, she began her study at the Nutritional Therapy Association and received her certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She now works with clients to help them balance their bodies through good nutrition. Heather also teaches private and public classes on traditional food preparation including fermentation and grain free baking and cooking classes, hosts pantry clean-out parties, shopping trips and provides meal plans.
