Kids enjoy learning about Radiant Child Yoga as well as music, and movement in this exciting class. Kids meet other children and gain valuable friends while learning healthy habits that will build strong, flexible bodies, and provide instruction in gaining greater focus. This class meets the first and third Saturday of each month at 11:15 - 12:15.

Join us for Restorative Yoga and Aromatherapy to help you to reach your blissful place. In Indian teachings the word Soma is referring to a plant based beverage which may induce the states of chidananda (pleasurable bliss). In our workshop we will invite you to feel your own soma, releasing tension, letting the earth support you in this restorative practice as you deepen connection with your body, (the vehicle which you experience this life) and restore peace to your soul.
We will weave the application and teachings of plant based oils into our practice, helping us to connect to the individual plants and to let them impart their healing mysteries into our spirits and our hearts.
