Come join us for an Introduction to Yogic Bodywork with Anabhra who has over 18 years experience as a practitioner of Thai-Yoga massage. He recently developed a technique called Martial Arts bodywork which combines the geometry of martial arts with healing touch. Several simple yet powerful techniques will be taught which help to release constriction in joints and muscles and increase mobility in common areas of tension. Participants will pair up to practice with each other. Wear yoga appropriate clothing. A 20 minute sound healing will conclude the class.
