On July 14th at 10:00 a.m. Mat Pilates classes begin with instructor Karen Carmack. This wonderful one hour class is a great form of exercise which targets the mid-section of the body, developing core strength and greater muscle tone and agility. The Center for Natural Healing opened on July 1st. We will have our blessing and opening ceremony on Friday July 18th at 7:00 p.m. Come and be a very important guest and participant in opening our new space.
We'll begin by calling in the directions of the Medicine Wheel, and follow with performing our blessings from each of the participants. Come and do ancient Yogic chants to help bless our new space, meet great people and have fun with us! Call 816-584-0777 for more info.

The Partner Thai Massage Workshop is schedule for Sunday August 17th from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Instructor Drew Corrigan has prepared a wonderful workshop which allows gentle stretching and release through Massage techniques. Bring a friend or partner to enjoy and learn about ways to let go of tension, stress and tightness held within the body. Call 816-584-0777 to register. $35 per person.
